Maintenance Management

Pilots don't have two heads...they shouldn't wear two hats.

Your pilot's a smart guy, otherwise he wouldn't be working for you.  That's why he consults experts in the field of aircraft maintenance when there are significant costs on the line.

Jet Aircraft Management (JAM) would like to be a part of your safety and maintenance program by offering the following services to help protect the quality and value of your aircraft assets.

Aircraft valuations:        We can evaluate the condition and marketability of used aircraft to include: records research, service bulletins, modifications, airworthiness directives, condition of interior and exterior, maintenance history, damage history, future maintenance requirements, and other value factors.

Transitioning:                 A smooth transition from purchase to in-service can instill confidence in a new flight department.  We can provide one month of on-site transitioning to help in this critical phase.

Asset Auditing:               Corporations, banks, and aircraft leasing companies have significant capital invested in aircraft that are operated and maintained by third party management companies who are under extreme pressure to keep costs down.  We can provide periodic monitoring and logbook review to protect the value of the asset throughout the lease term.

Logbook Auditing:         Jet Aircraft Management will audit your aircraft logbooks and records, organize files so they’re easy to locate, prioritize them according to importance, frequency of use, or storage only.  JAM recommends archiving on electronic media, stored in a separate location, and updating on a regular basis. We also recommend storage of maintenance records in a fire proof/water resistant file cabinet.
